WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR GIF STICKERS TO HAVE A MILLION VIEWS?

Brief

TOSTER BAR is a street food bar from Novi Sad, born out of the desire to offer the people of Novi Sad the best quality burger.
We achieved brand recognition and additional visibility in cooperation with the client through authentic communication with the audience and a uniform visual identity, and set ourselves the task of further expanding brand awareness and nurturing relationships with the existing community made up of Toster's good old local gourmands.

Solution

We decided to create GIF stickers with a focus on promoting the brand to new target groups in order to reach as many people of different interests and age groups as possible.
We created stickers that align with a recognizable visual and communication tone. In this way, we have made it possible to present the Toaster in a way that shows all its width and everything that it is as a concept.
We visually adapted the content to the colors and font of the brand, with elements of real photos from the Toster offer. Another way of connecting with the community is the creation of stickers that also communicate the main occasions, such as weekend specials, which we decided to “shake up” and regularly use on Instagram stories. Furthermore, they have already taken root among the audience.

In this way, the Toster bar directly involved the target group, which became part of the campaign, and as a topping that binds the mentioned ingredients and gives them extra juiciness is UGC, that is, content created by guests. They also tell our story but in their own way.

Result

Although the campaign in the first month was released completely organically, with only the occasional publication of stickers on story posts placed by the brand as a teaser – we recorded very positive reactions to the content.

GIF stickers had more than 700 thousand views in the first month alone, while that number exceeded 1.3 million views after the second month – when we made them available to the community through an Instagram post.

The first top three stickers currently have over one hundred thousand views, while the best among them has over 170,000 views.

This number continues to grow, which confirms that the content resonated with the target group in the right way.
