Brief

For the execution of the RRP developer recruitment campaign, the Phillip Morris Serbia set clear goals. It was necessary to deliver company values and mission to potential job candidates through showcasing the new position of the RRP associate, representing the company as an attractive employer, and reaching as many quality candidates for the position as possible.

Solution

With the RRP Developer recruitment campaign, we showed that the recruitment process doesn’t have to run-of-the-mill and one-dimensional. The new opening, associate for RRP called for fresh ideas that would encourage potential candidates to apply for the job. The best way to do this was to bring the idea of what the employees’ workday looks like closer to them.

Result

We created an omnibus— series of 5 short videos in which we exhibited the stories of associates employed for RRP and explained how they put their individual capabilities and hobbies to good use in the professional environment. That content was adapted for other digital channels and thereby we crafted posts for social media networks like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

A large number of fine applications for the associate position bear witness to the success of this project.
