14th agency birthday (and continuity as a strategy)
In business, 14 years is no small thing, especially in the industry in which the Homepage operates.
Algorithms change. Channels change. Tools, trends, and audience expectations change. The business environment has changed, too, while we, internally as a team, have weathered many storms. We stayed strong. We became stronger.
So what matters when you run a business in circumstances like these?
Continuity as a strategy, and the ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances.
We have worked a lot, learned a lot, adapted, and grown wherever we saw an opportunity to grow.
How do we know we are on the right path?
- More than half of our team has been with us for 5+ years, some for 10+.
- We have clients we have been working with for more than 10 years.
- We have worked across more than 30 markets worldwide.
- We have lost count of how many projects we have completed, but the number has long passed 5 K.
- We have not had layoffs due to a financial crisis.
- At a time when benefits are being cut, we are introducing new ones.
- We have a clear structure and procedures, but they serve as support, not limitations.
And most importantly, every day, laughter can be heard in the office.
Now we can say that we are stable. And for us, stability does not mean standing still. Quite the opposite.
It means we have the experience to recognize what matters, the knowledge to propose the right solution, and the team capable of delivering it properly. That is why we see this 14th birthday not only as proof of longevity, but also as a reminder of the responsibility we have toward our clients, partners and team.
We are still the team you can absolutely rely on.
A team that values creativity, but knows it has to serve a purpose.
A team that gets the job done. And that is not easy to find today.
This spontaneous celebration proves it.
Long story short:
- Let’s buy a grill.
- Great! We’ll order the meat.
- Hey, what if we set up a small exhibition?
- Beer pong… not sure what it is, but we’ll buy it.
- It’s raining.
- Okay, we’ll grill in the kitchen.
- Oops… the fire alarm went off.
- Turn it off and pour us some craft beer.
- Guys, I love you!
When everyone pitches in… anything is possible!
