Valvoline Global EMEA

Brief

For Valvoline Global EMEA, we conducted a corporate photo shoot at two locations in Serbia - the Belgrade offices and the production facility in Kruševac. This way, we covered the entire team, from colleagues in strategic and operational roles to those directly involved in day-to-day production.
Our goal was to create visual content with multiple purposes: for the corporate website, internal communication, employer branding, and – importantly – for employees’ personal profiles on social media.

Solution

That’s why we focused on capturing the natural and spontaneous energy of each individual, while ensuring the setting was carefully framed and subtly branded with Valvoline elements. This approach allows us to be visible in the personal communication channels of our employees as well and to further strengthen brand awareness.

Result

The photographs showcase employees in real working environments – but in the best possible light. The focus is on teamwork, safety, belonging, and the pride they carry as part of a global brand.

Due to the nature of the project, we can’t share all the amazing photos captured during the shoot but just a part of it in our Behance account.
