UEPS Award for Internal Communication!
Internal communication in our agency can be viewed as a linguistic phenomenon heavily influenced by the selection of local memes. So much so that we turned it into a teambuilding competition and had an amazing time—which was our main goal. However, we also managed to inspire Homepagers to create and share content on their own communication channels, spreading the Homepager spirit, vibe, and team energy even further. As a result, our internal communication extended externally, increasing the visibility of our Instagram profile and boosting awareness of the agency.
The fact that communication is one of our strengths is evidenced by the recognition we received from the Association for Serbian Market Communications, which awarded us with the UEPS Bronze Award in the Corporate and Internal PR category.
