It all started over coffee and a conversation about how much our team accomplishes each month that we can genuinely be proud of. We create a lot of quality work. However, even good, professionally executed solutions sometimes receive corrective feedback.

Moments like these can easily shake your confidence. It’s natural to wonder where we went wrong, whether our solutions are good enough and how we can do better. Especially early in a career, this can create a sense of insecurity – even when the work itself was done well.

At the same time, in the fast pace of agency life, many great things go unnoticed. We wanted to change that. We believe that work done well deserves to be acknowledged, shared with the team and recognized.

Once a month, we hold a team meeting where we present the best work we’ve done in the previous period. Everyone prepares two examples from their own area. The key is that these should be work and situations we are personally proud of, regardless of whether clients or colleagues have specifically highlighted them.

From copy and blog posts, to visuals, animations, voice-overs, photography, reels, and web projects, to handling challenging situations, pitches, strategies, or newly acquired skills – the topics are varied and there are no limits.

This way, we bring the focus back to what matters most: being satisfied with our own work and learning to pause, recognize the result and give ourselves the credit we deserve.

An added value of these presentations is that the entire team gains a clearer insight into the range and diversity of what’s happening across the agency. In this way, the best of us becomes a source of inspiration and mutual support.

THE BEST OF US has over time become one of the most beloved activities in the agency and an important milestone for personal growth, because the best solutions emerge when you believe in what you do.
