To further develop in that area and encourage younger team members to follow the same path, mentors Milka and Mihaela organized internal education and emphasized the importance of business empathy with the wider team.
The team had the opportunity not only to listen, but also to practice this vital business skill through practical examples. The topics covered understanding the client’s business, their position, and all aspects that affect sales (in whose service are the marketing activities we largely implement). We talked about the prerequisites that are the basis for good cooperation and the partnership relationship we build with our clients, as well as how to be even greater support to clients and their businesses through our work and approach.
We recalled numerous good examples from our practice and various situations with clients with whom we have cooperated for many years. Through the simulation of real situations, we practiced how to respond and react correctly to various challenges in the most adequate way, taking into account all factors. The workshop was dynamic and, judging by the team’s reactions, very useful and educational.
Our consulting approach, proactive cooperation, flexibility, and efficiency in solving daily tasks build long-term relationships and trust that always result in concrete and measurable results. That is our primary goal.
