December is a month full of reflection, excitement, and celebrating what makes us proud\u2014and it was no different in our agency home.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the final stretch of Q4 (commonly known as the 4th quarter), we won two new clients through pitch processes, decorated the office and Christmas tree as a team, and were honored with a UEPS award for internal communication. \ud83d\ude80<\/span><\/p>\n

We also celebrated three major milestones!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our designers, Ivana and Tamara, were surprised with unique, personalized gifts\u2014hand-painted silk scarves\u2014to mark their five years as part of the #homepagers crew. They were especially moved by the heartfelt video messages prepared by their colleagues.<\/span><\/p>\n

A major milestone of 10 years in the team was celebrated by our director, Milka, reminiscing about her early days in the agency, past projects, and the wonderful people she\u2019s worked with, laughed, and bonded with over the last decade. Alongside a gift voucher for a trip \u2708\ufe0f (destination known only to the editorial team \ud83e\udd29), Milka received a suitcase adorned with custom stickers tailored to her personality, as well as a set of jewelry to remind her of #homepagers & #agencylife.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was laughter, gift wrapping paper everywhere, and the unveiling of <\/span>who had been whose Secret Santa<\/span><\/a>. And the man in the red suit with a beard brought joy to the <\/span>agency\u2019s kids<\/span><\/a> with gifts and a cheerful: \u201cHo, ho, hooo!\u201d \ud83c\udf85\ud83c\udffb<\/span><\/p>\n
