How does the team get stronger, if not by combining the icy quince rakia and high temperatures?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the hope that at least a bit of north wind hides in the Vojvodina fields in the summer, we chose <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sala%C5%A1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sala\u0161<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the shore of the lake<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as the location. The north wind was definitely not happy, but the team was hungry. We were melting like cheese on the hot langoustines served us for breakfast.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Meme Challenge<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One thing is known for Homepagers \u2014 share them to connect with them. Competitions are on the list of things we love the most. Of course, we love the victory, but above all, we love memes!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is why, as the central activity of this team building, we had a <\/span><b>meme challenge <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014a meme-making team contest. The cards that we prepared contained popular phrases from the Internet, so we passed them in real-time to the team, and they had to make memes based on those and publish them on their Instagram stories (which you probably saw on our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/homepagers\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instagram<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> account).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The person with the most published memes also received the plaque of <\/span><b>Meme Master<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; for an outstanding contribution to the regressing of formal communication in the business environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the winning team (with the most memes and the least percentage of battery on the smartphones), we prepared branded wireless batteries and badges with the prestigious working title of <\/span><b>Topy (Top)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, while the other two teams got appropriate <\/span><b>Tugy (Sad) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Plaky (Cry)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> badges (we are a supportive environment after all)<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Clay, Play and Blej(a) corner<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to feed the very different Homepage souls, we have prepared three different corners:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Clay corner,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where we learned that we are good at playing and painting clay<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Play corner,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where we learned that some games may not be for team bidding\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Blej(a) corner,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 where we forgot what we knew and had tasks only to chill<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Light food and light activities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may be a team that works on setting boundaries, but at the time, we&#8217;re much better at pushing them. So, on a hot summer day, we had the opportunity for a pedal boat, table football, frisbee, bocce, and everything that caught our eye as an option on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sala%C5%A1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sala\u0161<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Our friends (and clients) from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tosterbar.rs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toster Bar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who made by far and away the best burgers, washed us down with cold <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zebrew.rs\/collections\/all\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zebrew<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> craft beer and took care of all that heroically.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And at the moment when everything was burning, very fittingly, the team that was preparing the <\/span><b>chimney cake<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> right on the spot &#8211; where there&#8217;s fire, there&#8217;s smoke \ud83d\udd25\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The day goes by when you say 35 degrees, but the trip back home implies the tradition of playing a wide variety of music on the bus. With every song, someone sings, and someone cries \u2640\ufe0f \ud83e\udd37.
