Channels change. Tools, trends, and audience expectations change. The business environment has changed, too, while we, internally as a team, have weathered many storms. We stayed strong. We became stronger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">So what matters when you run a business in circumstances like these?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Continuity as a strategy, and the ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have worked a lot, learned a lot, adapted, and grown wherever we saw an opportunity to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">How do we know we are on the right path?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">More than half of our team has been with us for 5+ years, some for 10+.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have clients we have been working with for more than 10 years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have worked across more than 30 markets worldwide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have lost count of how many projects we have completed, but the number has long passed 5 K.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have not had layoffs due to a financial crisis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">At a time when benefits are being cut, we are introducing new ones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We have a clear structure and procedures, but they serve as support, not limitations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">And most importantly, every day, laughter can be heard in the office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Now we can say that we are stable. And for us, stability does not mean standing still. Quite the opposite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">It means we have the <\/span><b>experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> to recognize what matters, the <\/span><b>knowledge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> to propose the right solution, and the <\/span><b>team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> capable of delivering it properly. That is why we see this 14th birthday not only as proof of longevity, but also as a reminder of the responsibility we have toward our clients, partners and team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We are still the team you can absolutely rely on.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A team that values creativity, but knows it has to serve a purpose.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A team that gets the job done. And that is not easy to find today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">This spontaneous celebration proves it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Long story short:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Let\u2019s buy a grill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Great!
